Senior Vice President And Global Head - Business Process Services

A member of the Executive Council at Mphasis, Ravi Vasantraj heads Business Process Services (BPS) business globally including Digital Risk.

In this role, Ravi focuses on strategy, business development, account management and transformation of Business Process Services (BPS) operations, with a special focus on Enterprise Automation led services, to leverage the company’s strengths in Cognitive solutions. 

Prior to joining Mphasis, Ravi served as Global Head – BFSI Practice for Tech Mahindra. He has proven his business acumen in driving high rates of growth for his vertical, fostering and creating innovative offerings, and forging niche partnerships. Prior to his stint at Tech Mahindra, he led Banking Operations at Syntel Inc, and drove Sales at Tata Consultancy Services.

Ravi has over twenty-seven years of experience in IT, BPO and Infrastructure services across different geographic markets. He brings with him expertise in managing the business topline and operating margins, and in identifying and converting key business growth opportunities.              

Ravi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).

Founder & Managing Director

As Managing Director at Digital Risk, Jeffrey Taylor sets the strategic vision for the company’s business development and marketing. He has been on the forefront of addressing challenges faced by the mortgage industry across origination, quality control and compliance.

Since 2005, Jeff has been founder and managing director of Digital Risk, the nation’s largest provider of mortgage risk, compliance and transaction management solutions. In that capacity, Jeff oversees the company’s major strategic initiatives. Under his leadership, Digital Risk has grown from a start-up venture to as many as 2,000+ U.S.-based employees. The company has become a partner to many of the largest U.S.-based mortgage investors and banks and government-sponsored enterprises in processing mortgage transactions, as well as identifying and correcting regulatory/compliance risks.

As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has built dynamic, innovative businesses by identifying opportunities to meet specialized needs within the financial services ecosystem. He has launched and successfully exited three companies, Digital Risk, Rapid Reporting Marketing Group, and American Transfer & and Trust, Inc. He has a degree in political science from the University of Miami.

Jeff is a voice for the industry as a frequent guest on financial television networks such as Fox Business News and CNBC as well as a source to top tier new outlets including The Wall Street Journal, sharing keen insights on the U.S. mortgage market and the economy.
Jeff also is an active leader in both his industry sector and his community, serving on the boards of the following non-profit organizations: Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), The Baptist Health Foundation of South Florida; Virtual Enterprises International; and the Taylor-Cata Foundation.

Joseph Chacko

Head Global Delivery

Joseph Chacko brings over 25 years of operational and consulting experience to his role as Head Global Delivery at Digital Risk. Under his leadership, his teams consistently deliver high client satisfaction, while maintaining profitable operations. His considerable experience in leading teams across the U.S., Europe and India has resulted in several successfully implemented programs that focus on innovations in service delivery, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Digital Risk, Joseph gained extensive knowledge in IT services outsourcing and global delivery and held several executive leadership roles at Mphasis, an HP company. During this period, Joseph successfully led large transition and global delivery programs in the areas of IT Infrastructure Services & Enterprise BPO for Fortune 500 clients. Actively involved with corporate CSR initiatives, he led the Mphasis F1 Foundation as the chairperson from 2008 to 2013 and currently serves on the advisory board of the Foundation. His passion for community initiatives has led the company to implement projects that enhanced employability for students with disabilities, as well as encouraged employee volunteerism with the goal of giving back to the community.

In recognition of his contribution in consistently delivering industry leading metrics, as well as encouraging overall development and career progression among team members, Joseph was awarded the prestigious Mphasian of the Year Award in 2010.

Prior to joining Mphasis, Joseph worked with Tata Infotech Ltd (now TCS) for approximately 10 years. In his last role with the company as the Assistant General Manager & Head of E-learning Services, Joseph was responsible for building the e-learning line of business, which resulted in key large account relationships.

Joseph earned his Ph.D. in Education & Management from Alagappa University and his Bachelors in Commerce from MSU.
